Leisure Clothing (factory) Ltd. was born in Malta in 1987 as a result of a co-operation between the Maltese and Chinese government. Since August 1996, it has become a full subsidiary of CICET, a Chinese International Corporation based in Chong Qing, China.

The Chinese-investment in Malta, initially in collaboration with local leading textile names, started its operation at Corradino industrial estate with its production scope

falling in the area of both women`s and men`s formal and casual wear before its plant was relocated to the Bulebel industrial estate forming part of the company`s strategic plan at the end of 2007.

Following the upgrading movement Leisure Clothing subsequently became one of the leading European manufacturer specialized in quality ladies tailored garment catering directly the

higher end of the E.U market, which is run by a highly experienced team of expertise Chinese and Maltese nationals.

The factory is fully equipped to produce up to 20,000 unit of garment incl. jacket/blazer, trousers, skirt, dress, coat, waistcoat, blouse, etc. on a monthly basis with the annual turnover surpassing 5 million euros.
